Abstract
(EN) A computer-implemented method may comprise providing a wireless tri- axial seismocardiography (SCG) device configured to measure and time-stamp movements of a user's chest caused by the user's heart beats; positioning the SCG device on the user's chest in a predetermined orientation and initiating a test; using the positioned SCG device, detecting, sampling, digitizing and time-stamping movement vectors of the user's chest over a predetermined period of time in each of x, y and z directions; storing the time- stamped digitized movement vectors in a memory of the SCG device and sending the time-stamped digitized movement vectors to at least one of the app on the mobile device and the remote server over a computer network; receiving, by the app on the mobile device, a plurality of fiduciary markers from the remote server, the plurality of fiduciary markers being detected from or derived using the time-stamped digitized movement vectors in each of x, y and z directions; and generating a report on the mobile device using at least some of the plurality of fiduciary markers, the report including an indication of the health of the user's heart.
(FR) Un procédé mis en œuvre par ordinateur peut consister à fournir un dispositif de sismocardiographie (SCG) triaxiale sans fil configuré pour mesurer et horodater des mouvements de la poitrine d'un utilisateur provoqués par les battements du cœur de l'utilisateur ; positionner le dispositif de SCG sur la poitrine de l'utilisateur selon une orientation prédéterminée et commencer un test ; utiliser le dispositif de SCG positionné, détecter, échantillonner, numériser et horodater des vecteurs de mouvement de la poitrine de l'utilisateur pendant une période de temps prédéterminée dans chacune des directions x, y et z ; stocker les vecteurs de mouvement numérisés horodatés dans une mémoire du dispositif de SCG et envoyer les vecteurs de mouvement numérisés horodatés à au moins l'un parmi l'application sur le dispositif mobile et le serveur distant sur un réseau informatique ; recevoir, par l'application sur le dispositif mobile, une pluralité de marqueurs fiduciaires en provenance du serveur distant, la pluralité de marqueurs fiduciaires étant détectés à partir des vecteurs de mouvement numérisés horodatés, ou dérivés à l'aide de ceux-ci, dans chacune des directions x, y et z ; générer un rapport sur le dispositif mobile à l'aide d'au moins certains de la pluralité de marqueurs fiduciaires, le rapport comprenant une indication de l'état de santé du cœur de l'utilisateur.
