Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a device (10) for controlling the axial position of a laser focal point (6) produced by a microscope objective (5), comprising: - a laser source (2) for emitting a laser beam (3), - a deformable mirror (4) for focusing or defocusing the laser beam (3) axially, - a microscope objective (5) for focusing the laser beam (3) coming from the deformable mirror (4) on a laser focal point (6), characterized in that it further comprises a system (7) for passing the laser beam (3) emitted by the laser source (2) several times through the deformable mirror (4).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif (10) de commande de la position axiale d'un foyer laser (6) produit par un objectif de microscope (5), comprenant : - une source laser (2) pour émettre un faisceau laser (3), - un miroir déformable (4) pour focaliser ou défocaliser le faisceau laser (3) axialement, - un objectif de microscope (5) pour focaliser le faisceau laser (3) provenant du miroir déformable (4) sur un foyer laser (6), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un système (7) pour faire passer le faisceau laser (3) émis par la source laser (2) plusieurs fois à travers le miroir déformable (4).
