(FR) DISPOSITIF DE DÉGAZAGE D’UN MATÉRIAU POLYMÈRE-MONOMÈRE MULTIPHASE À DEUX COMPOSANTS ET SON UTILISATION DANS UNE EXTRUDEUSE DE DÉGAZAGE
Abstract
(EN) The present invention is directed to a device for degassing of a two-component multiphase polymer-monomer material and a degassing extruder comprising the inventive degassing device. The inventive device for degassing comprises at least one nozzle part having a convergent geometry, at least one constant part, and at least one diffusor part, having a divergent geometry, wherein the diffusor part comprises at least three zones each having a divergent geometry, and wherein the opening angles of said zones are specifically adapted in order to improve the separation of the components of the polymer material.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de dégazage d’un matériau polymère-monomère multiphase à deux composants et une extrudeuse de dégazage comprenant le dispositif de dégazage selon l’invention. Le dispositif de dégazage selon l’invention comprend au moins une partie buse ayant une géométrie convergente, au moins une partie constante, et au moins une partie diffuseur, ayant une géométrie divergente, la partie diffuseur comprenant au moins trois zones ayant chacune une géométrie divergente, et les angles d’ouverture desdites zones étant spécifiquement adaptés afin d’améliorer la séparation des constituants du matériau polymère.
