Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to an adjustable safety device on an electrochemical cell (1), the cell comprising a container (10) in which a tube is placed, the container comprising at least a first wall provided with at least one break initiator, suitable for breaking in case of failure in order to expel gas, and a second wall for holding the tube in the container, characterized in that the safety device comprises: - a holding device for providing support against the second wall of the cell in order to hold it in position in case of thermal runaway and to retain the tube inside the container; - a gas release device for guaranteeing the expulsion of gas outside of the cell, in case of thermal runaway.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de sécurité adaptable sur une cellule électrochimique (1), ladite cellule comportant un conteneur (10) dans lequel est placé un bobinot, ledit conteneur comprenant au moins une première paroi dotée d'au moins une amorce de rupture, adaptée pour se rompre en cas de défaut pour expulser les gaz, et une deuxième paroi agencée pour assurer le maintien du bobinot dans ledit conteneur, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de sécurité comporte : - Un dispositif de maintien agencé pour assurer un appui contre ladite deuxième paroi de la cellule pour la maintenir en position en cas d'emballement thermique et retenir le bobinot à l'intérieur dudit conteneur, - Un dispositif de libération des gaz, agencé pour garantir l'expulsion des gaz en dehors de la cellule, en cas d'emballement thermique.
