Abstract
(EN) A device is provided for controlled production of a gas from first and second fluid reagents that, when mixed, produce the gas and a byproduct, the device comprising a reactor cylinder (10); inlets (12a, 12b) configured to supply the reactor cylinder with the first and second reagents (HC, PS); a gas discharge circuit (18) connected to the reactor cylinder; a piston (14) inside the reactor cylinder, actuated from a first end of the reactor cylinder to move axially inside the cylinder to compress any byproduct against the second end of the cylinder and to expel any gas through the gas discharge circuit (18), wherein the gas discharge circuit is connected to the cylinder near the second end of the cylinder; and a closure device (22) at the second end of the cylinder, having a closed position sealing the second end of the cylinder, and an open position fully freeing the second end of the cylinder so that any byproduct in the cylinder can be shifted out by the piston (14).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif pour la production contrôlée d'un gaz à partir de premier et second réactifs fluides qui, lorsqu'ils sont mélangés, produisent le gaz et un sous-produit, le dispositif comprenant un cylindre de réacteur (10) ; des entrées (12a, 12b) configuré pour alimenter le cylindre de réacteur avec les premier et second réactifs (HC, PS) ; un circuit de décharge de gaz (18) relié au cylindre de réacteur ; un piston (14) à l'intérieur du cylindre de réacteur, actionné à partir d'une première extrémité du cylindre de réacteur pour se déplacer axialement à l'intérieur du cylindre pour comprimer tout sous-produit contre la seconde extrémité du cylindre et pour expulser tout gaz à travers le circuit de décharge de gaz (18), le circuit de décharge de gaz étant relié au cylindre à proximité de la seconde extrémité du cylindre ; et un dispositif de fermeture (22) au niveau de la seconde extrémité du cylindre, ayant une position fermée obturant la seconde extrémité du cylindre, et une position ouverte libérant complètement la seconde extrémité du cylindre de telle sorte que tout sous-produit dans le cylindre peut être décalé par le piston (14).
