Abstract
(EN) Provided in the present application is a method for analyzing a peripheral blood sample, the method comprising determining an abundance of the transcript of at least one B lymphocyte target gene in the peripheral blood sample and an abundance of the transcript of at least one B lymphocyte reference gene. The B lymphocyte target gene is selected from TNFRSF17, TNFRSF13B, TXNDC5, and JCHAIN, and the B lymphocyte reference gene is selected from TNFRSF13C and FCRLA. The method can be used in the early stages of vaccination to predict the effectiveness of vaccinations and the effect of immunotherapy. Further provided in the present invention are a kit for implementing the above-mentioned method, and the related use.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé d'analyse d'un échantillon de sang périphérique, le procédé comprenant la détermination d'une abondance du transcrit d'au moins un gène cible de lymphocyte B dans l'échantillon de sang périphérique et d'une abondance du transcrit d'au moins un gène de référence de lymphocyte B. Le gène cible du lymphocyte B est choisi parmi TNFRSF17, TNFRSF13B, TXNDC5 et JCHAIN, et le gène de référence du lymphocyte B est choisi parmi TNFRSF13C et FCRLA. Le procédé peut être utilisé dans les stades précoces de vaccination pour prédire l'efficacité des vaccinations et l'effet de l'immunothérapie. La présente invention prévoit également un kit pour la mise en œuvre du procédé susmentionné, et l'utilisation associée.
