The method comprises: an intelligent terminal receiving an incoming message from a sender; pushing the incoming message to a receiver user, such that the receiver user browses the incoming message; the intelligent terminal collecting a video image of the receiver user when he/she browses the incoming message; and when a pre-set recording stop condition is satisfied, stopping collecting the video image, and pushing the collected video image to the sender, such that the sender knows the expression, scene and other information of the receiver when he/she browsed the incoming message, such that convenience can be brought to users.
