Abstract
(EN) Provided are pseudomonas putida DB-1, a culture method therefor and an application thereof. The pseudomonas putida DB-1 is preserved in China Center for Type Culture Collection on July 14, 2020, in Wuhan University of Wuhan, China, and the preservation number is CCTCC NO: M2020311; the pseudomonas putida DB-1 undergoes shaking culture for 24 h at 30°C and 170 r/min by using a LB liquid culture medium; and the pseudomonas putida DB-1 is used for degrading nitrate and total nitrogen in aquaculture water and aquaculture tail water.
(FR) L'invention concerne pseudomonas putida DB-1, un procédé de culture associé et une application associée. Pseudomonas putida DB-1 est conservée au centre chinois de cultures de référence depuis le 14 juillet 2020, à l'université de Wuhan, Chine, et sous le numéro de conservation CCTCC NO : M2020311; pseudomonas putida DB-1 subit une culture sous agitation pendant 24 h à 30 °C et à 170 tr/min à l'aide d'un milieu de culture liquide LB; et pseudomonas putida DB-1 est utilisée pour dégrader le nitrate et l'azote total dans l'eau d'aquaculture et l'eau d'aval d'aquaculture.
(ZH) 提供一种恶臭假单胞菌DB-1及其培养方法和应用,所述恶臭假单胞菌DB-1为恶臭假单胞菌(Pseudomonas putida)DB-1,于2020年7月14日保藏于中国典型培养物保藏中心,地址为中国武汉武汉大学,保藏编号为CCTCC NO:M 2020311;所述恶臭假单胞菌(Pseudomonas putida)DB-1用LB液体培养基在30℃、170r/min振荡培养24h;所述恶臭假单胞菌(Pseudomonas putida)DB-1用于降解养殖水体和养殖尾水中的硝酸盐和总氮。
