Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to an automobile tyre protective cover capable of rapidly melting snow and ice, and a manufacturing method therefor, the automobile tyre protective cover comprising a protective cover and a heating controller, the protective cover mainly being formed by injection moulding a composite felt layer, a waterproof sound insulation layer, a heating layer, and a low-density waterproof sound insulation layer, the composite felt layer being made by heating and compression moulding a fibre felt, a fibre needle-punched mat 2, an LDPE film, and a fibre felt; a heating terminal is connected onto the protective cover, the heating terminal being connected to the heating layer by means of a wire harness, and the heating controller being plugged into the heating terminal. The automobile tyre protective cover capable of rapidly melting snow and ice of the present invention is an electric heating type and produces heat quickly after being powered on, rapidly melting snow and ice and increasing the convenience and safety of using vehicles in winter, and avoiding the damage to the tyres and vehicle body caused by manually shovelling snow and ice; the tyre cover has the advantages of a compact structure, convenient assembly and disassembly, and a high rate of energy utilisation, and the vehicle tyre protective cover is simple to manufacture and easy to promote.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un revêtement de protection de pneumatique de véhicule permettant de faire fondre rapidement la neige et la glace, et son procédé de fabrication, le revêtement de protection de pneumatique de véhicule comprenant un revêtement de protection et un dispositif de commande de chauffage, le revêtement de protection étant principalement formé par moulage par injection d'une couche de feutre composite, d'une couche d'isolation acoustique étanche à l'eau, d'une couche chauffante et d'une couche d'isolation acoustique étanche à l'eau à faible densité, la couche de feutre composite étant fabriquée par moulage par chauffage et compression d'un feutre de fibre, d'un mat aiguilleté de fibre 2, d'un film de LDPE et d'un feutre de fibre ; une borne de chauffage est raccordée au revêtement de protection, la borne de chauffage étant reliée à la couche de chauffage au moyen d'un faisceau de câbles, et le dispositif de commande de chauffage étant branché à la borne de chauffage.
