Abstract
(EN) According to examples, an apparatus may include a processor and a memory on which are stored computer-readable instructions that, when executed by the processor, may cause the processor to access a signal received from a sensor. The signal may indicate a presence of a media between the sensor and a reflector. The reflector may be positioned in a media tray to detect a size of the media placed in the media tray. In some examples, the processor may extract a section of the signal that corresponds to a predetermined region of the reflector. The predetermined region of the reflector may exclude an edge of the reflector and the extracted section of the signal may exclude glitches corresponding to the edge of the reflector. In some examples, the processor may determine the size of the media in the media tray based on the extracted section of the signal.
(FR) Selon des exemples, un appareil peut comprendre un processeur et une mémoire sur laquelle sont stockées des instructions lisibles par ordinateur qui, lorsqu'elles sont exécutées par le processeur, peuvent lui fournir accès à un signal reçu en provenance d’un capteur. Le signal peut indiquer la présence d'un support entre le capteur et un réflecteur.
