Abstract
(EN) An electronic apparatus is disclosed. The electronic apparatus comprises: a memory that stores instructions, a plurality of chat-bots for responding to questions, and a question classification model trained to determine a chat-bot for responding to an input question from among the plurality of chat-bots; and a processor. By executing the instructions, the processor: inputs an input question to the question classification model so that the question classification model outputs a first chat-bot for responding to a user's question from among the plurality of chat-bots; obtains a first response to the input question through the outputted first chat-bot; when the obtained first response includes information on a function that can be performed by the electronic apparatus, generates a question for requesting execution of the function; inputs the generated question to the question classification model so that the question classification model outputs a second chat-bot for responding to the generated question from among the plurality of chat-bots; obtains a second response to the generated question through the selected second chat-bot; and provides a response to the user's question on the basis of the obtained first response and the obtained second response.
(FR) L'invention concerne un appareil électronique. L'appareil électronique comprend : une mémoire qui stocke des instructions, une pluralité d'agents conversationnels permettant de répondre à des questions, et un modèle de classification de questions entraîné pour déterminer un agent conversationnel permettant de répondre à une question d'entrée parmi la pluralité d'agents conversationnels ; et un processeur. En exécutant les instructions, le processeur effectue les opérations suivantes : fournir une question d'entrée en entrée du modèle de classification de questions de sorte que le modèle de classification de questions fournisse un premier agent conversationnel pour répondre à une question d'un utilisateur parmi la pluralité d'agents conversationnels ; obtenir une première réponse à la question d'entrée par l'intermédiaire du premier agent conversationnel fourni ; lorsque la première réponse obtenue comprend des informations sur une fonction qui peut être effectuée par l'appareil électronique, produire une question pour demander l'exécution de la fonction ; fournir la question produite en entrée du modèle de classification de questions pour que le modèle de classification de questions fournisse un deuxième agent conversationnel pour répondre à la question produite parmi la pluralité d'agents conversationnels ; obtenir une deuxième réponse à la question produite par l'intermédiaire du deuxième agent conversationnel sélectionné ; et fournir une réponse à la question de l'utilisateur en fonction de la première réponse obtenue et de la deuxième réponse obtenue.
(KO) 전자 장치가 개시된다. 본 전자 장치는, 명령어, 질의에 응답하기 위한 복수의 챗봇(chat-bot), 및 복수의 챗봇 중 입력된 질의에 응답하기 위한 챗봇을 판단하도록 훈련된 질의 분류 모델이 저장된 메모리, 프로세서를 포함한다. 프로세서는 명령어를 실행함으로써, 입력 질의를 질의 분류 모델에 입력하여, 질의 분류 모델은 복수의 챗봇 중 사용자의 질의에 응답하기 위한 제1 챗봇을 출력하고, 출력된 제1 챗봇을 통해 입력 질의에 대한 제1 응답을 획득하고, 획득된 제1 응답에 전자 장치에서 수행 가능한 기능에 대한 정보가 포함된 경우, 기능의 수행을 요청하는 질의를 생성하고, 생성된 질의를 질의 분류 모델에 입력하여, 질의 분류 모델은 복수의 챗봇 중 생성된 질의에 응답하기 위한 제2 챗봇을 출력하고, 선택된 제2 챗봇을 통해 생성된 질의에 대한 제2 응답을 획득하고, 획득된 제1 응답 및 획득된 제2 응답을 기반으로, 사용자의 질의에 대한 응답을 제공한다.
