(EN) Provided is a heat-conductive resin composition that includes: 5-95 wt% of a copolymer (a) having a (meth)acrylic monomer unit A having an anionic group, a (meth)acrylic monomer unit B having a cationic group, and a silicone (meth)acrylic monomer unit C; 95-5 wt% of a silicone resin (b); and 500-3,000 wt% of a heat-conductive filler (c) of 10 W/mK or more; wherein the total content of the copolymer (a) and the silicone resin (b) is 100 wt%, the silicone resin (b) includes a crosslinked silicone resin (b-1), and the content of the crosslinked silicone resin (b-1) is 5-100 mass% with respect to the total amount of the silicone resin (b).
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition de résine thermoconductrice qui contient : 5 à 95 parties en masse d'un copolymère (a) qui possède une unité monomère (méth)acrylique (A) ayant un groupe anionique, une unité monomère (méth)acrylique (B) ayant un groupe cationique et une unité monomère silicone (méth)acrylique (C) ; 95 à 5 parties en masse d'une résine de silicone (b) ; et 500 à 3000 parties en masse d'un matériau de charge thermoconducteur (c) de thermoconductibilité supérieure ou égale à 10W/mK. La teneur totale en copolymère (a) et résine de silicone (b) équivaut à 100 parties en masse.
