Abstract
(EN) This buffer stopper has a base and an elastic body. The base is provided with a columnar shape having a through hole in a central part thereof and having recesses at both ends. The base is made of a material harder than a rubber-like elastic material used as a material of the elastic body, for example, made of a metal or a resin. The elastic body is an integrally molded article made of the rubber-like elastic material. The elastic body is provided with a pair of end elastic bodies fitted with the recesses and protruding in a tapered shape from both ends of the base, and the pair of end elastic bodies are coupled to each other with a central elastic body fitted with the through hole. In the bottom surface of each of the recesses, a seat surface for seating the end elastic body is provided. This seat surface has a form of a rough surface by, for example, embossing processing.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un butoir de sécurité qui présente une base et un corps élastique. La base est dotée d'une forme en colonne ayant un trou traversant dans une partie centrale de celle-ci et ayant des évidements aux deux extrémités. La base est constituée d'un matériau plus dur qu'un matériau élastique de type caoutchouc utilisé comme matériau du corps élastique, par exemple, constitué d'un métal ou d'une résine. Le corps élastique est un article moulé d'un seul tenant constitué du matériau élastique de type caoutchouc. Le corps élastique est pourvu d'une paire de corps élastiques d'extrémité équipés des évidements et faisant saillie sous une forme effilée à partir des deux extrémités de la base et les deux corps élastiques d'extrémité sont couplés l'un à l'autre avec un corps élastique central équipé du trou traversant. Dans la surface inférieure de chacun des évidements, une surface de siège pour loger le corps élastique d'extrémité est prévue. Cette surface de siège présente une forme d'une surface rugueuse, par exemple, au moyen d'un traitement de gaufrage.
