Abstract
(EN) This performance evaluation device comprises: an acquisition unit which acquires a sampling value of a gas turbine output and a sampling value of a steam turbine output, measured at each time during the operation of a combined cycle power generation plant that generates power using the gas turbine and the steam turbine; and an output calculation unit which obtains a plant output that is a total output of the sampling value of the gas turbine output measured at a first time and the sampling value of the steam turbine that is the steam turbine output corresponding to the gas turbine output at the first time and is measured at a second time after a predetermined delay from the first time.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'évaluation de performances comprenant : une unité d'acquisition qui acquiert une valeur d'échantillonnage d'une sortie de turbine à gaz et une valeur d'échantillonnage d'une sortie de turbine à vapeur, mesurées à chaque moment pendant le fonctionnement d'une centrale de production d'énergie à cycle combiné qui génère de l'énergie à l'aide de la turbine à gaz et de la turbine à vapeur ; et une unité de calcul de sortie qui obtient une sortie de centrale qui est une sortie totale de la valeur d'échantillonnage de la sortie de turbine à gaz mesurée à un premier instant et de la valeur d'échantillonnage de la turbine à vapeur qui est la sortie de turbine à vapeur correspondant à la sortie de turbine à gaz au premier instant et est mesurée à un second instant après un retard prédéterminé à partir du premier instant.
(JA) 性能評価装置は、ガスタービンと、蒸気タービンとを用いて発電を行うコンバインドサイクル発電プラントの運転中の各時刻に計測されたガスタービン出力のサンプリング値と、蒸気タービン出力のサンプリング値とを取得する取得部と、第1時刻に計測された前記ガスタービン出力のサンプリング値と、前記第1時刻の前記ガスタービン出力に対応する前記蒸気タービン出力であって、前記第1時刻から所定の遅れ時間後の第2時刻に計測された前記蒸気タービン出力のサンプリング値と、の合計出力であるプラント出力を求める出力算出部と、を備える。
