Abstract
(EN) The invention provides a method for measuring the antioxidant capacity in liquid samples based on linear sweep voltammetry. The method comprises the steps of preparing a natural deep eutectic solvent and stirring same, adding at least one additional catalyst compound (7, 7') to this first solution, obtaining a final solution (13). This final solution (13) is mixed with the organic sample (14) to be analyzed, the aqueous phase (8) is obtained and placed in an electrochemical transducer (16) containing a working electrode, a reference or pseudo-reference electrode, and an auxiliary electrode. Oxidation of the aqueous phase is then measured by applying a range of voltages in the working electrode in accordance with linear sweep voltammetry.
(ES) La invención proporciona un método para la medida de la capacidad antioxidante en muestras líquidas basado en voltametría de barrido lineal. El método comprende las etapas de preparar un solvente eutéctico profundo natural y agitarlo, añadiendo añadir al menos un compuesto catalizador adicional (7, 7') a esta primera disolución, obteniendo una disolución final (13). Esta disolución final (13) se mezcla con la muestra orgánica (14) a analizar, se obtiene la fase acuosa (8) y se sitúa en un transductor electroquímico (16) que contienen un electrodo de trabajo, un electrodo de referencia o pseudo-referencia y un electrodo auxiliar. Posteriormente, se mide la oxidación de la fase acuosa mediante la aplicación de un rango de tensiones en el electrodo de trabajo según voltametría de barrido lineal.
(FR) L'invention concerne une méthode de mesure de la capacité antioxydante dans des échantillons liquides en fonction de la voltamétrie à balayage linéaire. La méthode comprend les étapes consistant à préparer un solvant eutectique profond naturel et à l'agiter, en ajoutant au moins un composé catalyseur additionnel (7, 7') à cette première dissolution, pour obtenir une dissolution finale (13). Cette dissolution finale (13) est mélangée à l'échantillon organique (14) à analyser, on obtient la phase aqueuse (8) et on la place dans un transducteur électrochimique (16) qui contient une électrode de travail, une électrode de référence ou pseudo-référence et une électrode auxiliaire. Ensuite, on mesure l'oxyadation de la phase aqueuse au moyen de l'application d'un niveau de tensions dans l'électrode de travail selon la voltamétrie à balayage linéaire.
