Abstract
(EN) Disclosed in the present invention is a preparation method for high weather resistance anatase titanium dioxide powder, relating to the technical field of titanium powder production. The method comprises: subjecting metatitanic acid after second washing and slurrying of the filter cake to inorganic coating, and washing and calcining the slurry after inorganic coating to obtain a titanium dioxide powder crude product; grinding the titanium dioxide powder crude product by roller grinding, and subjecting the ground titanium dioxide powder to organic coating by means of an air flow pulverisation process to obtain the high weather resistance anatase titanium dioxide powder. In the preparation method for high weather resistance anatase titanium dioxide of the present invention, inorganic coating is implemented before preparation of the crude product is completed, omitting part of the processes of the titanium dioxide powder finished product; the advantage is: the filter cake is slurried after second washing and dispersed with phosphoric acid, and then subjected to silicon coating; after calcining of the sodium silicate added for coating during this process, wherein the silica enters the photoactive point during the high temperature calcination, the weather resistance of the titanium dioxide powder is greatly improved.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de poudre de dioxyde de titane sous forme anatase à résistance élevée aux intempéries, se rapportant au domaine technique de la production de poudre de titane. Le procédé consiste à : soumettre de l'acide métatitanique après un deuxième lavage et la mise en suspension du gâteau de filtration à un revêtement inorganique et laver et calciner la suspension après le revêtement inorganique pour obtenir un produit brut de poudre de dioxyde de titane ; broyer le produit brut de poudre de dioxyde de titane par broyage par des cylindres et soumettre la poudre de dioxyde de titane broyée à un revêtement organique au moyen d'un procédé de pulvérisation à flux d'air pour obtenir la poudre de dioxyde de titane sous forme anatase à résistance élevée aux intempéries. Dans le procédé de préparation de dioxyde de titane sous forme anatase à résistance élevée aux intempéries de la présente invention, le revêtement inorganique est mis en œuvre avant la fin de la préparation du produit brut, une partie des traitements du produit fini de poudre de dioxyde de titane étant omise. Les avantages résident dans le fait que : le gâteau de filtration est mis en suspension après un deuxième lavage et dispersé avec de l'acide phosphorique, puis soumis à un revêtement de silicium ; après la calcination du silicate de sodium ajouté pour le revêtement au cours de ce traitement, la silice entrant dans le point photoactif pendant la calcination à haute température, la résistance aux intempéries de la poudre de dioxyde de titane est considérablement améliorée.
(ZH) 本发明公开了一种高耐候锐钛型钛白粉制备方法,属于钛白粉生产技术领域。该方法通过在二洗后滤饼制浆后的偏钛酸进行无机包膜,经过无机包膜后的浆料进行洗涤、煅烧得到钛白粉粗品,钛白粉粗品经过辊压磨研磨,研磨后的钛白粉经过气流粉碎工序进行有机包膜,得到高耐候锐钛型钛白粉。本发明的高耐候锐钛型钛白粉制备方法,在粗品制备完成之前进行无机包膜,省掉钛白粉成品部分工序,优点是:在二洗后的滤饼经过制浆,用磷酸进行分散,之后进行硅包膜,在这个工序加入硅酸钠进行包膜经过煅烧后,二氧化硅在高温煅烧过程能进入光活性点,极大提高钛白粉的耐候性。
