Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to a device, method and system for detecting the occurrence of faults on conveyor belts (1) by means of computer vision. More specifically, the present invention teaches one or more cameras (2) and one or more cameras (21) respectively positioned above and below the conveyor belt (1), which monitor, by means of computer vision, the occurrence of faults on the upper face (5) and lower face (51) of the conveyor belt (1). The present invention is thus capable of detecting, with great accuracy and speed, the main types of tears and misalignments as it can simultaneously monitor the upper face (5) and lower face (51) of an industrial conveyor belt (1).
(FR) L’invention concerne un dispositif, un procédé et un système de détection de survenue de défauts dans des courroies transporteuses (1) au moyen d’une vision par ordinateur. Plus spécifiquement, la présente invention concerne une ou plusieurs caméras (2) et une ou plusieurs caméras (21) positionnées respectivement au-dessus et en dessous de la courroie transporteuse (1), qui surveillent, par vision par ordinateur, la survenue de défauts sur la face (5) et le dos (51) de la courroie transporteuse (1). Ainsi, la présente invention permet de détecter très précisément et rapidement les principaux types de déchirures et de désalignements du fait de la surveillance simultanée de la face (5) et du dos (51) d’une courroie transporteuse industrielle (1).
(PT) Dispositivo, método e sistema de detecção de ocorrência de falhas em corre ias transportadoras (1) por meio de visão computacional. De forma ainda mais específica, a presente invenção ensina uma ou mais câmeras (2) e uma ou mais câmeras (21) posicionadas respectivamente acima e abaixo da corre ia transportadora (1), que monitoram por meio de visão computacional a ocorrência de falhas na face (5) e na contra face (51) da corre ia transportadora (1). Dessa forma, a presente invenção é capaz de detectar com muita precisão e rapidez os principais tipos de rasgos e desalinhamentos já que pode monitorar simultaneamente a face (5) e contra face (51) de uma corre ia transportadora industrial (1).
