(FR) PROCÉDÉ ET INSTALLATION DE RÉCUPÉRATION DE DÉCHETS À PARTIR DE PROCÉDÉS DE RECYCLAGE DE BATTERIES D'ACCUMULATEURS AU PLOMB
Abstract
(EN) The invention will find application in the field of waste management and in particular in recovery of process waste obtained from lead-acid recycling. The technology scheme simplified and use energy-efficient processes. After the execution of the method according to the invention, the following materials are obtained: : 1. Main product: amorphous silica. 2. By-products for further recycling: Polypropylene (PP)]; Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS); Polyethylene (PE); Ferrous and non-ferrous metals. 3. Dewatered cake from metal compounds, mainly lead, for further recycling. Method includes three-stage treatment of the waste: stage A of acceptance of contaminated waste starting the method, followed by stage B of pretreatment of the waste and stage C of main treatment, which is chemical treatment for extraction of amorphous silica in at least one extraction machine. The extracted amorphous silica is in the form of silicate aqueous solution. It remain the polyethylene flakes. All other materials mentioned above are obtained by pretreatment. At the same time, an opportunity has been created for full automation of all technological processes.
(FR) L'invention se rapporte au domaine de la gestion des déchets et, en particulier, pour la récupération de déchets de traitement obtenus à partir d'un recyclage d'accumulateurs au plomb. Le schéma technologique simplifie et utilise des procédés efficaces en termes d'énergie. Après l'exécution du procédé selon l'invention, les matériaux suivants sont obtenus : 1. un produit principal : silice amorphe ; 2. des sous-produits pour recyclage ultérieur : polypropylène (PP), acrylonitrile butadiène styrène (ABS), polyéthylène (PE), métaux ferreux et non ferreux ; 3. un gâteau essoré destiné à un recyclage ultérieur et obtenu à partir de composés métalliques, principalement du plomb. Le procédé comprend le traitement en trois étapes des déchets : l'étape A d'acceptation de déchets contaminés à partir du procédé, suivie d'une étape B de prétraitement des déchets et de l'étape C de traitement principal, qui est un traitement chimique pour l'extraction de silice amorphe dans au moins une machine d'extraction. La silice amorphe extraite se présente sous la forme d'une solution aqueuse de silicate. Il reste les flocons de polyéthylène. Tous les autres matériaux mentionnés ci-dessus sont obtenus par prétraitement. En même temps, une opportunité a été créée pour une automatisation complète de tous les processus technologiques.
