Abstract
(EN) Provided is an optical circuit element (10) with which it is possible to prevent stray light that propagates through a section of the optical circuit element (10) which includes a substrate (11) from being emitted to the exterior. An optical circuit element (10) includes a substrate (11), an optical waveguide layer (12) formed on one surface of the substrate (11), and a protective layer (13) formed overlaid onto the optical waveguide layer (12), wherein the optical circuit element is characterized in that: the optical waveguide layer (12) comprises an optical waveguide (14) for propagating light; a groove part (15) is formed extending from the surface of the protective layer (13) toward the substrate (11) and reaching a location deeper than the one surface; and a light-absorbing layer (16) is provided covering at least a bottom surface and a side surface of the groove part (15).
(FR) L'invention concerne un élément de circuit optique (10) avec lequel il est possible d'empêcher la lumière parasite qui se propage à travers une section de l'élément de circuit optique (10), qui comprend un substrat (11), d'être émise vers l'extérieur. Un élément de circuit optique (10) comprend un substrat (11), une couche de guide d'ondes optique (12) formée sur une surface du substrat (11) et une couche de protection (13) formée sur la couche de guide d'ondes optique (12), l'élément de circuit optique étant caractérisé en ce que : la couche de guide d'ondes optique (12) comprend un guide d'onde optique (14) pour propager la lumière; une partie de rainure (15) est formée s'étendant à partir de la surface de la couche de protection (13) vers le substrat (11) et atteignant un emplacement plus profond que la première surface; et une couche d'absorption de lumière (16) est fournie, recouvrant au moins une surface inférieure et une surface latérale de la partie de rainure (15).
