Abstract
(EN) According to an embodiment of the present invention, a communication control device (11) comprises: an acquisition unit (111) that acquires first video quality information (I1) of first video data to be transmitted from a first imaging device (12_1) to a display device (13_1) and second video quality information (I2) of second video data to be transmitted from a second imaging device (12_1) to the display device (13_1); a band estimating unit (1121) that estimates an available communication band of the second video data from the second video quality information (I2); a band predicting unit (1122) that predicts an available communication band of the first video data on the basis of a reception time difference between the first and second video quality information (I1, I2) and also predicts a common available communication band on the basis of both a result of that prediction and a result of the estimation by the band estimating unit (1121); and a determination unit (1123) that determines the respective transmission conditions of the first and second video data on the basis of the available communication band common to the first and second imaging devices (12_1, 12_2).
(FR) Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, un dispositif de commande de communication (11) comprend : une unité d'acquisition (111) qui acquiert des premières informations de qualité vidéo (I1) de premières données vidéo à transmettre d'un premier dispositif d'imagerie (12_1) à un dispositif d'affichage (13_1) et des secondes informations de qualité vidéo (I2) de secondes données vidéo à transmettre d'un second dispositif d'imagerie (12_1) au dispositif d'affichage (13_1) ; une unité d'estimation de bande (1121) qui estime une bande de communication disponible des secondes données vidéo à partir des secondes informations de qualité vidéo (I2) ; une unité de prédiction de bande (1122) qui prédit une bande de communication disponible des premières données vidéo sur la base d'une différence de temps de réception entre les premières et les secondes informations de qualité vidéo (I1, I2) et prédit également une bande de communication disponible commune sur la base à la fois d'un résultat de cette prédiction et d'un résultat de l'estimation par l'unité d'estimation de bande (1121) ; et une unité de détermination (1123) qui détermine les conditions de transmission respectives des premières et des secondes données vidéo sur la base de la bande de communication disponible commune aux premier et second dispositifs d'imagerie (12_1, 12_2).
