Abstract
(EN) Systems, methods and techniques provide for acne localization, counting and visualization. An image is processed using a trained model to identify objects. The model may be a deep learning (e.g. convolutional neural) network configured for object classification with a detection focus on small objects. The image may be a frontal or profile facial image, processed end to end. The model identifies and localizes different types of acne. Instances are counted and visualized such as by annotating the source image. An example annotation is an overlay identifying a type and location of each instance. Counts by acne type assist with scoring. A product and/or service may be recommended in response to the identification of the acne (e.g. the type, localization, counting and/or a score).
(FR) Des systèmes, des procédés et des techniques permettent la localisation, le comptage et la visualisation d'acné. Une image est traitée à l'aide d'un modèle entraîné pour identifier des objets. Le modèle peut être un réseau d'apprentissage profond (par exemple, un réseau neuronal convolutif) conçu pour une classification d'objet avec un foyer de détection sur de petits objets. L'image peut être une image de visage de face ou de profil, traitée bout à bout. Le modèle identifie et localise différents types d'acné. Des instances sont comptées et visualisées de manière à annoter l'image source. Un exemple d'annotation est un recouvrement identifiant un type et un emplacement de chaque instance. Les décomptes par type d'acné aident pour établir un score. Un produit et/ou un service peuvent être recommandés en réponse à l'identification de l'acné (par exemple le type, la localisation, le comptage et/ou un score).
