(DE) Eine Anordnung (11) zum Auspressen von flüssigkeitshaltigen Stoffen, umfassend einen um eine Drehachse (3) rotierbaren Pressbehälter (2), dessen Behälterinnenraum durch eine Pressmembran (4) in einen mit einem Druckmittel aus einer Druckmittelquelle (28) beaufschlagbaren Druckmittelraum (6) und einen die flüssigkeitshaltigen Stoffen aufnehmenden Pressmittelraum (8) unterteilt ist, wobei im Pressbehälter (2) eine druckdicht verschließbare Befüll- und Entleeröffnung (10) angeordnet ist, über welche das flüssigkeitshaltige Pressgut in den Pressmittelraum (8) einfüll bar ist, und im Pressmittelraum (8) wenigstens ein Drainageelement (12) angeordnet ist, dessen Innenraum mit einem Saftablauf (14) des Pressbehälters (2) kommuniziert, über welchen flüssiger Saft während eines Pressvorgangs einem Saftsammelbehälter (6) zuführbar ist, zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass der Saftablauf (14) während der Rotation des Pressbehälters (2) über einen flexiblen Schlauch (20) strömungsmäßig mit dem Saftsammelbehälter (16) verbunden ist.
