Abstract
(EN) A method for preparing an organosilicon elastomer on the basis of the crosslinking of a polyphenol compound. The method comprises the steps of: (1) in parts by mass, dissolving 15-250 parts of an amino polysiloxane in an organic solvent, so as to obtain an amino polysiloxane solution; then dissolving 1-20 parts of a polyphenol compound in 1-60 parts of water, so as to obtain an aqueous solution of the polyphenol compound; mixing the two solutions together, then finally adding 2-130 parts of a reinforcing filler thereto, stirring same until uniform, and pouring same into a mold; and (2) curing and crosslinking the mold containing the mixed solution at 80°C-170°C for a period of time, and cooling same to room temperature to prepare and obtain an organosilicon elastomer.
(FR) Procédé de préparation d'un élastomère d'organosilicium sur la base de la réticulation d'un composé polyphénol. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant : (1) en parties en masse, à dissoudre de 15 à 250 parties d'un aminopolysiloxane dans un solvant organique, de manière à obtenir une solution d'aminopolysiloxane ; puis à dissoudre de 1 à 20 parties d'un composé polyphénol dans 1 à 60 parties d'eau, de manière à obtenir une solution aqueuse du composé polyphénol ; à mélanger ensemble les deux solutions, puis à y ajouter pour terminer de 2 à 130 parties d'une charge de renforcement, à agiter jusqu'à uniformité, et à verser la solution mixte dans un moule ; et (2) à durcir et à réticuler la solution mixte contenue dans le moule entre 80 °C et 170 °C pendant une certaine durée, et à refroidir cette dernière à température ambiante pour préparer et obtenir un élastomère d'organosilicium.
(ZH) 一种基于多酚化合物交联的有机硅弹性体的制备方法,包括步骤:(1)按质量份,将15~250份的氨基聚硅氧烷溶于有机溶剂中,得到氨基聚硅氧烷溶液;然后将1~20份的多酚类化合物溶于1~60份的水中,得到多酚类化合物水溶液;将上述两种溶液混在一起,最后再加入2~130份的补强填料,搅拌均匀,倒入模具中;(2)将含有混合溶液的模具在80℃~170℃下固化交联一段时间,冷却至室温制得有机硅弹性体。
