Abstract
(EN) A crack change monitoring apparatus and method, and a storage medium and a processor. The crack change monitoring apparatus comprises: a box body (10), which is provided with a detection surface; a measurement sensor (20), wherein a detection end of the measurement sensor (20) is arranged facing the detection surface; a temperature sensor, which is used for detecting an environment temperature in real time; a crack change monitoring portion (40), wherein the crack change monitoring portion (40) can receive the environment temperature detected by the temperature sensor, and when the environment temperature received by the crack change monitoring portion (40) is within a first pre-set temperature range, the crack change monitoring portion (40) receives first width change data of a crack, which data is detected by the measurement sensor (20), corrects the first width change data of the crack according to a temperature compensation coefficient, so as to obtain second width change data of the crack, and stores the second width change data; and an output apparatus (50), which is connected to the crack change monitoring portion (40). The crack change monitoring apparatus can reduce the influence of an environment temperature on a measurement result of a crack width, such that an accurate measurement result is obtained.
(FR) Appareil et procédé de surveillance de changement de fissure, et support d'enregistrement et processeur. L'appareil de surveillance de changement de fissure comprend : un corps de boîte (10), qui comprend une surface de détection ; un capteur de mesure (20), une extrémité de détection du capteur de mesure (20) étant disposée face à la surface de détection ; un capteur de température, qui est utilisé pour détecter une température ambiante en temps réel ; une partie de surveillance de changement de fissure (40), la partie de surveillance de changement de fissure (40) pouvant recevoir la température ambiante détectée par le capteur de température, et, lorsque la température ambiante reçue par la partie de surveillance de changement de fissure (40) est comprise dans une première plage de température prédéfinie, la partie de surveillance de changement de fissure (40) recevant des premières données de changement de largeur d'une fissure, lesdites données étant détectées par le capteur de mesure (20), corrigeant les premières données de changement de largeur de la fissure selon un coefficient de compensation de température, de façon à obtenir des secondes données de changement de largeur de la fissure, et stockant les secondes données de changement de largeur ; et un appareil de sortie (50), qui est relié à la partie de surveillance de changement de fissure (40). L'appareil de surveillance de changement de fissure peut réduire l'influence d'une température ambiante sur un résultat de mesure d'une largeur de fissure, de telle sorte qu'un résultat de mesure précis est assuré.
(ZH) 一种裂缝变化监测装置、方法、存储介质及处理器。裂缝变化监测装置包括:箱体(10),具有检测面;测量传感器(20),测量传感器(20)的检测端朝向检测面设置;温度传感器,用于实时检测环境温度;裂缝变化监测部(40),裂缝变化监测部(40)能够接收温度传感器检测的环境温度,当裂缝变化监测部(40)接收到的环境温度处于第一预设温度范围内时,裂缝变化监测部(40)接收测量传感器(20)检测到的裂缝的第一宽度变化数据,并根据温度补偿系数对裂缝的第一宽度变化数据进行修正,以得到裂缝的第二宽度变化数据,并存贮;输出装置(50),与裂缝变化监测部(40)连接。裂缝变化监测装置能够减弱环境温度对裂缝宽度的测量结果的影响,从而获得准确的测量结果。
