Abstract
(EN) A polyamide composition having high wear resistance and weathering resistance, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The polyamide composition comprises the following components: polyamide resin, toughener, trimethallyl isocyanurate, glass fiber and auxiliary agent. The trimethallyl isocyanurate is used as an assistant crosslinking agent to facilitate efficient intermolecular crosslinking under irradiation. The toughener synergizes with the glass fiber to improve the comprehensive performance of the polyamide composition. The polyamide composition has excellent wear resistance and weathering resistance. A polyamide product prepared by means of crosslinking treatment under irradiation is suitable for wear-resistant parts used in the automobile industry or rail transit in a harsh environment with large temperature variations.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition de polyamide présentant une résistance élevée à l'usure et aux intempéries, son procédé de préparation et une utilisation associée. La composition de polyamide comprend les constituants suivants : résine polyamide, durcisseur, 1,3,5-tris(2-méthyl-2-propén-1-yl)-1,3,5-triazinane-2,4,6-trione, fibre de verre et agent auxiliaire. La 1,3,5-tris(2-méthyl-2-propén-1-yl)-1,3,5-triazinane-2,4,6-trione est utilisée en tant qu'agent de réticulation auxiliaire pour faciliter une réticulation intermoléculaire efficace sous exposition à un rayonnement. Le durcisseur présente une synergie avec la fibre de verre pour améliorer les performances globales de la composition de polyamide. La composition de polyamide présente une excellente résistance à l'usure et aux intempéries. Un produit polyamide préparé au moyen d'un traitement de réticulation sous exposition à un rayonnement est approprié pour des pièces résistantes à l'usure utilisées dans l'industrie automobile ou le transport ferroviaire dans un environnement hostile avec de grandes variations de température.
(ZH) 一种高耐磨高耐候的聚酰胺组合物及其制备方法和应用。该聚酰胺组合物包括如下组分:聚酰胺树脂,增韧剂,甲基三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯,玻璃纤维,助剂。甲基三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯作为助交联剂,促使聚酰胺材料在辐照下进行高效的分子间交联,增韧剂与玻璃纤维协同作用,提高了聚酰胺组合物的综合性能。该聚酰胺组合物具有优异的耐磨性和耐候性,经过辐照交联处理制备的聚酰胺制品适用于在温差大的苛刻环境下用作汽车行业或轨道交通的耐磨部件。
