Abstract
(EN) A method for detecting Hepatitis B virus (HBV) T216C mutation based on micro-droplet digital PCR technology. By combining micro-droplet digital PCR technology with an amplification mutation system method, i.e., making use of the advantages of high sensitivity and absolute quantification of a digital PCR in combination with the advantage of high specificity of an amplification refractory mutation system, a method capable of detecting a low-abundance HBV mutation situation early is developed, so as to better satisfy the requirements of clinical medication and scientific research.
(FR) Procédé de détection d'une mutation T216C du virus de l'hépatite B (HBV) fondé sur une technologie de PCR numérique à micro-gouttelettes. En combinant une technologie de PCR numérique à micro-gouttelettes avec un procédé de système de mutation réfractaire à l'amplification, c'est-à-dire, en tirant parti des avantages de la sensibilité élevée et de la quantification absolue d'une PCR numérique en combinaison avec l'avantage de la spécificité élevée d'un système de mutation réfractaire à l'amplification, un procédé apte à détecter précocement une situation de mutation de HBV en faible abondance est développé, de façon à mieux satisfaire aux exigences de la médication clinique et de la recherche scientifique.
(ZH) 一种基于微滴式数字PCR技术的乙型肝炎病毒T216C突变检测方法。结合微滴式数字PCR技术和突变扩增系统方法,利用数字PCR的高灵敏度和绝对定量的优势,联合突变扩增阻滞系统的高特异性优势,开发一个能够早期检测低丰度HBV突变情况,以便更好的满足临床用药及科研的需求。
