Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to the technical field of composite material forming and provides a flexible carbon nanotube film self-heating platform for assisting in automated placement and a method, giving the surface of a placement tool a heating function, thereby reducing the difference between the placement tool and a placement process in temperature, and increasing the viscosity of a placement material, thus improving the placement effect. The platform comprises an automated placement mold, a carbon nanotube film, and a vacuum bag that are disposed sequentially from bottom to top; the carbon nanotube film is connected to a power source by means of wires; the vacuum bag is connected to a vacuuming device by means of a pipeline; the carbon nanotube film is of any area and covers a placement region of the automated placement mold; and the vacuum bag is bonded to the automated placement mold by a sealant and covers the region where the carbon nanotube film is located. The technical solution provided by the present invention is suitable for the process of automated fiber placement/automated tape placement.
(FR) La présente invention concerne le domaine technique de la formation de matériau composite et concerne une plate-forme autochauffante flexible à film de nanotubes de carbone pour aider au placement automatisé et un procédé, conférant à la surface d'un outil de placement une fonction de chauffage, réduisant ainsi la différence de température entre l'outil de placement et un procédé de placement, et augmentant la viscosité d'un matériau de placement, améliorant ainsi l'effet de placement. La plate-forme comprend un moule de placement automatisé, un film de nanotubes de carbone et un sac sous vide qui sont disposés séquentiellement de bas en haut ; le film de nanotubes de carbone est relié à une source d'alimentation au moyen de fils ; le sac sous vide est relié à un dispositif de mise sous vide au moyen d'une conduite ; le film de nanotubes de carbone provient de n'importe quelle zone et recouvre une région de placement du moule de placement automatisé ; et le sac sous vide est lié au moule de placement automatisé par un matériau d'étanchéité et recouvre la région où se trouve le film de nanotubes de carbone. La solution technique de la présente invention est appropriée pour le procédé de placement de fibre automatisé/placement de bande automatisé.
(ZH) 本发明提供了一种辅助自动铺放的柔性碳纳米管薄膜自加热平台及方法,涉及复合材料成型技术领域,能够使铺放工装表面具备加热功能,降低铺放工装与铺放工艺温度间的差异,提高铺放材料粘性,改善铺贴效果;该平台包括从下往上依次铺设的自动铺放模具、碳纳米管薄膜和真空袋;所述碳纳米管薄膜通过导线与电源连接;所述真空袋通过管路与抽真空装置连接;所述碳纳米管薄膜为任意面积,覆盖所述自动铺放模具的铺贴区;所述真空袋通过密封胶粘贴在所述自动铺放模具上,且覆盖所述碳纳米管薄膜所在区域。本发明提供的技术方案适用于自动铺丝/自动铺带的过程中。
