Abstract
(EN) Provided is a pilot-operated electric proportional high-pressure relief valve, comprising: a main valve (1), a pilot valve (2), and a proportional solenoid assembly (3), connected in sequence, the main valve (1) having an oil inlet (111) and a relief port (112); the pilot valve (2) comprises a first transition sleeve (21) and a pilot spool (22) and pilot screw plug (23) nested in the first transition sleeve (21); the pilot spool (22) abuts against a stepped ring edge (213) within the first transition sleeve (21) and, together with the first transition sleeve (21), is arranged surroundingly to enclose a first accommodating chamber (100) and a second accommodating chamber (200); the pilot spool (22) and pilot screw plug (23) are arranged surroundingly to enclose a third accommodating chamber (300); a first axial action area (A1) of the hydraulic oil in the first accommodating chamber (100) on the pilot spool (22) is larger than a second axial action area (A2) of the hydraulic oil in the third accommodating chamber (300) on the pilot spool (22); the proportional solenoid assembly (3) is arranged to generate thrust on the pilot spool (22) to engage the pilot spool (22) against the stepped ring edge (213).
