Abstract
(EN) A method of sending measurement information from a user equipment includes: measuring a reference signal; producing a measurement report payload based on measurement of the reference signal; encoding the measurement report payload in accordance with ASN.1 (Abstract Syntax Notation One) encoding, and in accordance with a lower-layer protocol to produce an encoded payload, the lower-layer protocol being either a physical-layer protocol or a MAC-layer (Medium Access Control layer) protocol; and sending a lower-layer message based on the encoded payload from the user equipment to a network entity.
(FR) Un procédé d'envoi d'informations de mesure à partir d'un équipement utilisateur comprend les étapes consistant à : mesurer un signal de référence ; produire une charge utile de rapport de mesure sur la base de la mesure du signal de référence ; coder la charge utile de rapport de mesure conformément à un codage de notation de syntaxe abstraite 1 (ASN.1) et conformément à un protocole de couche inférieure pour produire une charge utile codée, le protocole de couche inférieure étant soit un protocole de couche physique, soit un protocole de couche de contrôle d'accès au support (couche MAC) ; et envoyer un message de couche inférieure sur la base de la charge utile codée de l'équipement utilisateur à une entité de réseau.
