Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a separator for an electrochemical device and a method for manufacturing same. In particular, by controlling the drying rate of a composition for forming a second porous coating layer to be faster than the drying rate of a composition for forming a first porous coating layer, an adhesive strength at the interface between a porous polymer base and the porous coating layers is secured, and the interfacial adhesion between electrodes and the separator is improved.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un séparateur pour un dispositif électrochimique et son procédé de fabrication. En particulier, par régulation de la vitesse de séchage d'une composition destinée à former une seconde couche de revêtement poreuse de sorte qu'elle soit plus rapide que la vitesse de séchage d'une composition destinée à former une première couche de revêtement poreuse, on obtient une force adhésive au niveau de l'interface entre une base polymère poreuse et les couches de revêtement poreuses, ce qui permet d'améliorer l'adhérence interfaciale entre les électrodes et le séparateur.
(KO) 본 발명은 전기화학소자용 분리막 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 특히, 제2 다공성 코팅층 형성용 조성물의 건조 속도를 제1 다공성 코팅층 형성용 조성물의 건조 속도보다 빠르게 제어함으로써, 다공성 고분자 기재와 다공성 코팅층 간 계면의 접착 강도를 확보하면서, 전극과 분리막 사이의 계면 접착력이 향상되는 것을 발명의 특징으로 한다.
