Abstract

(EN) Provided are an electronic device for protecting personal information and an operation method thereof. The electronic device for protecting a user’s personal information comprises: a communication unit; an output unit; a memory for storing one or more instructions; and a processor for executing the one or more instructions stored in the memory, wherein the processor: acquires policy data indicating a policy on processing of the user’s personal information related to a service provided by the electronic device; identifies, from the acquired policy data, first personal information to be used for provision of the service; identifies, from an execution file of an application which provides the service, second personal information configured to be used by the application; identifies third personal information used by the application while the application is executed; compares the first personal information identified from the policy data, the second person information identified from the execution file of the application, and the third personal information used by the application; and determines an operation of the electronic device for protecting the user’s personal information, on the basis of a result of the comparison.

(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif électronique pour protéger des informations personnelles, et son procédé de fonctionnement. Le dispositif électronique pour protéger les informations personnelles d'un utilisateur comprend : une unité de communication ; une unité de sortie ; une mémoire pour stocker une ou plusieurs instructions ; et un processeur pour exécuter la ou les instructions stockées dans la mémoire, le processeur : acquérant des données de politique indiquant une politique sur le traitement des informations personnelles de l'utilisateur relatives à un service fourni par le dispositif électronique ; identifiant, à partir des données de politique acquises, des premières informations personnelles à utiliser pour la fourniture du service ; identifiant, à partir d'un fichier d'exécution d'une application qui fournit le service, des deuxièmes informations personnelles configurées pour être utilisées par l'application ; identifiant des troisièmes informations personnelles utilisées par l'application pendant que l'application est exécutée ; comparant les premières informations personnelles identifiées à partir des données de politique, les deuxièmes informations personnelles identifiées à partir du fichier d'exécution de l'application, et les troisièmes informations personnelles utilisées par l'application ; et déterminant une opération du dispositif électronique pour protéger les informations personnelles de l'utilisateur, sur la base d'un résultat de la comparaison.

(KO) 개인정보를 보호하는 전자 장치 및 그 동작 방법이 제공된다. 사용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위한 전자 장치는, 통신부, 출력부, 하나 이상의 명령어들(instructions)을 저장하는 메모리 및 메모리에 저장된 하나 이상의 명령어들을 실행하는 프로세서를 포함하고, 프로세서는, 전자 장치에서 제공되는 서비스에 관련된 사용자의 개인정보처리정책을 나타내는 정책 데이터를 획득하고, 획득된 정책 데이터로부터 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 이용될 제1 개인정보를 식별하고, 서비스를 제공하는 애플리케이션의 실행 파일로부터 애플리케이션에 의해 이용되도록 설정된 제2 개인정보를 식별하고, 애플리케이션이 실행되는 동안에 애플리케이션에 의해 이용되는 제3 개인정보를 식별하고, 정책 데이터로부터 식별된 제1 개인정보, 애플리케이션의 실행 파일로부터 식별된 제2 개인정보 및 애플리케이션에 의해 이용되는 제3 개인정보를 비교하고, 비교 결과에 기초하여, 사용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위한 전자 장치의 동작을 결정한다.
