Abstract
(EN) This overcurrent protection circuit is provided with: a first transistor having an emitter connected to a control voltage; and a second transistor having a base connected to a collector of the first transistor, a collector which is connected to a base of the first transistor and which is pulled up to a prescribed voltage, and a grounded emitter. When the control voltage exceeds a prescribed first threshold voltage, the first and second transistors are turned on, the control voltage decreases as a result of a decrease in the pull-up voltage, and a protection operation to turn a switching element off is started, and the overcurrent protection circuit is provided with a first diode connected between the control voltage and the emitter of the first transistor, and an element circuit connected between the emitter and the base of the first transistor. The element circuit comprises any of a second diode, a first resistor, and a parallel circuit including the second diode and the first resistor.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un circuit de protection contre les surintensités qui comprend : un premier transistor ayant un émetteur connecté à une tension de commande ; et un deuxième transistor ayant une base connectée à un collecteur du premier transistor, un collecteur qui est connecté à une base du premier transistor et qui est élevé jusqu'à une tension prescrite, et un émetteur mis à la terre. Lorsque la tension de commande dépasse une première tension seuil prescrite, les premier et deuxième transistors sont activés, la tension de commande diminue suite à une diminution de la tension d'excursion haute, et une opération de protection pour éteindre un élément de commutation est démarrée, et le circuit de protection contre les surintensités est pourvu d'une première diode connectée entre la tension de commande et l'émetteur du premier transistor, et d'un circuit d'élément connecté entre l'émetteur et la base du premier transistor. Le circuit d'élément comprend l'une quelconque d'une deuxième diode, d'une première résistance, et d'un circuit parallèle comprenant la deuxième diode et la première résistance.
