Abstract
(EN) This electrophoresis device is used to separate a biological substance with use of a separation medium. In the electrophoresis device, a recovery hole 4 is formed for recovering a target biological substance that has been separated, and the recovery hole 4 is configured to be able to hold a solvent for suspension of the target biological substance. A buffer tank 8 for holding a buffer solution 5 is provided below the recovery hole 4, and a membrane 11 is arranged between the recovery hole 4 and the buffer tank 8.
(FR) Dispositif d'électrophorèse utilisé pour séparer une substance biologique à l'aide d'un milieu de séparation. Dans le dispositif d'électrophorèse, un trou de récupération (4) est formé pour récupérer une substance biologique cible ayant été séparée, et le trou de récupération (4) est conçu pour pouvoir contenir un solvant pour la suspension de la substance biologique cible. Un réservoir tampon (8) destiné à contenir une solution tampon (5) est situé sous le trou de récupération (4), et une membrane (11) est placée entre le trou de récupération (4) et le réservoir tampon (8).
(JA) 電気泳動装置は、分離媒体を用いて生体物質を分離するために用いられる。電気泳動装置には、分離された目的生体物質を回収するための回収孔4が形成されており、回収孔4は、目的生体物質を懸濁可能な溶媒を収容できるように構成され、緩衝液5を収容するためのバッファー槽8が、回収孔4の下方に設けられ、回収孔4とバッファー槽8との間には膜11が配置される。
