Abstract
(EN) A device for detecting the polarity of a current or of a voltage, the detection device comprising: - a circuit portion (20) provided with a node (N1), called "detection" node, said portion being configured so as to produce, at said detection node, a voltage (Vsense), called "measuring" voltage, which is an image of a fraction of said detected current or of said detected voltage, - a detection circuit (30) having one or more transistors, coupled to said detection node (N1), and provided with one or more amplifiers, with a transistor (M37, M55), called "comparator" transistor, having a gate-source voltage that depends on said measuring voltage (Vsense), said comparator transistor furthermore having a source set to a fixed potential (GND) and a gate-source voltage that depends on said measuring voltage (Vsense) or a gate set to a fixed potential (VGGbias) and a gate-source voltage that depends on said measuring voltage (Vsense), said detection circuit being configured so as to compare said measuring potential (Vsense) with a determined threshold and produce, at output, a binary detection signal indicating the polarity of the detected current or of the detected voltage.
(FR) Dispositif de détection de la polarité d'un courant ou d'une tension, le dispositif de détection comprenant : - une portion de circuit (20) dotée d'un nœud (N1) dit « de détection » configurée pour produire audit nœud de détection une tension (Vsense) dite « de mesure » image d'une fraction dudit courant détecté ou de ladite tension détectée, - un circuit de détection (30) à transistor(s), couplé audit nœud (N1) de détection, et pourvu d'amplificateur(s), avec un transistor (M37, M55) dit « comparateur » ayant une tension grille source qui dépend de ladite tension (Vsense) de mesure, ledit transistor comparateur ayant en outre une source mise à un potentiel fixe (GND) et une tension grille source qui dépend de ladite tension de mesure (Vsense) ou une grille mise à un potentiel fixe (VGGbias) et une tension grille source qui dépend de ladite tension de mesure (Vsense), ledit circuit de détection étant configuré pour comparer ledit potentiel (Vsense) de mesure à un seuil déterminé et produire en sortie un signal de détection binaire indicateur de la polarité du courant détecté ou de la tension détectée.
