Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a moulding assembly (100) for manufacturing a shell part of a wind turbine blade, and to methods of manufacturing a shell part of a wind turbine blade using the moulding assembly. The moulding assembly (100) comprises a blade mould (96) with a moulding cavity (97), a gripping device (76) for releasably engaging a preform (98) for the shell part, and a lifting device (102). The lifting device comprises a first hoisting device (104a) and a second hoisting device (104b), each of the first and second hoisting devices comprising a respective load engaging member (110a, 110b) for connecting the first and the second hoisting devices (104a, 104b) to the gripping device.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un ensemble de moulage (100) pour fabriquer une partie coque d'une pale d'éolienne, et des procédés de fabrication d'une partie coque d'une pale d'éolienne à l'aide de l'ensemble de moulage. L'ensemble de moulage (100) comprend un moule de pale (96) ayant une cavité de moulage (97), un dispositif de préhension (76) pour mettre en prise de manière libérable une préforme (98) pour la partie coque, et un dispositif de levage (102). Le dispositif de levage comprend un premier dispositif de levage (104a) et un second dispositif de levage (104b), chacun des premier et second dispositifs de levage comprenant un élément de mise en prise de charge respectif (110a, 110b) pour raccorder les premier et second dispositifs de levage (104a, 104b) au dispositif de préhension.
