Abstract
(EN) Provided are a novel coronavirus S protein fragment polyploid, a preparation method therefor, a detection kit, a vaccine and a medicament. The novel coronavirus S protein fragment polyploid is composed of at least two novel coronavirus S protein receptor binding region fragments connected in series. The novel coronavirus S protein fragment polyploid provided has a strong binding capacity to ACE2 and good stability, can be used in the antibody detection and preparation of an vaccine of novel coronavirus, and has a strong applicability and a wide application range. Applying the novel coronavirus S protein fragment polyploid to the antibody detection of novel coronavirus can effectively improve the specificity, sensitivity and sensibility of the antibody detection, thereby effectively improving the accuracy of the antibody detection. When the novel coronavirus S protein fragment polyploid is applied to the preparation of a vaccine, the vaccine can stimulate the body to rapidly produce antibodies, so that the body generates immunity.
(FR) L'invention concerne un polyploïde de fragment de protéine S du nouveau coronavirus, son procédé de préparation, un kit de détection, un vaccin et un médicament. Le polyploïde de fragment de protéine S du nouveau coronavirus est composé d'au moins deux fragments de région de liaison au récepteur de protéine S du nouveau coronavirus couplés en série. Le polyploïde de fragment de protéine S du nouveau coronavirus présente une forte capacité de liaison à ACE2 et une bonne stabilité, peut être utilisé dans la détection et la préparation d'anticorps d'un vaccin du nouveau coronavirus, et présente une forte applicabilité et une large gamme d'applications. L'application du polyploïde de fragment de protéine S du nouveau coronavirus à la détection d'anticorps du nouveau coronavirus peut améliorer de manière efficace la spécificité, la susceptibilité et la sensibilité de la détection d'anticorps, ce qui permet d'améliorer efficacement la précision de la détection d'anticorps. Le polyploïde de fragment de protéine S du nouveau coronavirus peut être utilisé dans la préparation d'un vaccin, le vaccin peut ainsi stimuler le corps afin de produire rapidement des anticorps, de telle sorte que le corps génère une immunité.
