Abstract
(EN) Disclosed in the present invention are UV-curable powder coating resin having a multiphase structure and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises: (1) heating liquid UV resin and an emulsifier, then dispersing same, and adding deionized water while dispersing for emulsification to obtain an emulsion of the liquid UV resin; (2) melting and dispersing solid UV resin, a phase change agent, the emulsifier, and the deionized water, adding the emulsion of the liquid UV resin, sufficiently mixing the mixture uniformly by stirring, and performing cooling in the stirring process to obtain a suspension; (3) performing pressure filtering on the suspension to obtain a filter cake; and (4) drying and grading the filter cake to obtain the multiphase UV-curable powder coating resin. Correspondingly, the UV-curable powder coating resin having the multiphase structure of the present invention is prepared by the method. By adoption of the present invention, the performance of the liquid UV resin and the performance of the powder coating resin are both achieved, and spraying construction can be performed in a manner of powder coating, so that the utilization rate of the resin is increased, and the environment is not influenced.
(FR) La présente invention divulgue une résine de revêtement en poudre durcissable aux UV ayant une structure multiphasique et un procédé de préparation associé. Le procédé de préparation comprend : (1) le chauffage d'une résine UV liquide et d'un émulsifiant, puis leur dispersion et l'addition d'eau désionisée tout en dispersant pour une émulsification dans le but d'obtenir une émulsion de la résine UV liquide; (2) la fusion et la dispersion de la résine UV solide, d'un agent de changement de phase, de l'émulsifiant et de l'eau désionisée, l'addition de l'émulsion de résine UV liquide, le mélange suffisant du mélange, uniformément par agitation, et la mise en œuvre d'un refroidissement dans le processus d'agitation pour obtenir une suspension; (3) la mise en œuvre d'une filtration sous pression de la suspension pour obtenir un gâteau de filtration; et (4) le séchage et la classification du gâteau de filtration pour obtenir la résine de revêtement en poudre durcissable aux UV multiphasique. (ZH) 本发明公开了一种多相结构UV光固化粉末涂料树脂及其制备方法,包括:(1)将液体UV树脂和乳化剂加热,并进行分散,边分散边加入去离子水进行乳化,得到液体UV树脂的乳化液;(2)将固体UV树脂、相变剂、乳化剂和去离子水熔融分散,并加入液体UV树脂的乳化液,通过搅拌使其充分混合均匀,并在搅拌过程中降温,得到悬浮液;(3)将悬浮液进行压滤,得到滤饼;(4)将滤饼进行干燥和分级,得到多相UV光固化粉末涂料树脂。相应的,本发明多相结构UV光固化粉末涂料树脂是由上述方法制得。采用本发明,兼具液体UV树脂以及粉末涂料树脂的性能,能采用粉末涂料的方式进行喷涂施工,提高树脂的使用率,且不会对环境造成影响。
