Abstract
(EN) Systems and methods are provided for transmitting low latency traffic in next generation wireless local area networks. A new Media Access Control (MAC) layer frame can be transmitted by an AP to establish a reserved time period during which interference from/collisions with other stations transmitting non-high priority data is avoided. Stations with non-high priority data queued for transmission can defer accessing a channel on which to effectuate the transmission until the reserved time period expires.
(FR) L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés pour transmettre un trafic à faible latence dans des réseaux locaux sans fil de prochaine génération. Une nouvelle trame de couche de commande d'accès au support (MAC) peut être transmise par un AP pour établir une période de temps réservée au cours de laquelle des interférences provenant/des collisions avec d'autres stations transmettant des données de priorité non élevée sont évitées. Des stations ayant des données de priorité non élevée mises en file d'attente pour une transmission peuvent différer l'accès à un canal sur lequel effectuer la transmission jusqu'à ce que la période de temps réservée expire.
