Abstract
(EN) Provided herein are methods and compositions for rapid, highly sensitive detection of a target nucleic acid in a sample, which may be indicative of the presence of a pathogen, disease condition, or disease predisposition. In particular, provided herein is a low-cost, portable method for detecting target nucleic acid sequences that rapidly provides reliable, visible test results and does not require elaborate biosafety precautions or sophisticated laboratory equipment.
(FR) Sont prévus ici des procédés et des compositions pour la détection rapide et hautement sensible d'un acide nucléique cible dans un échantillon, qui peut indiquer la présence d'un pathogène, d'un état pathologique ou d'une prédisposition à une maladie. En particulier, est prévu ici un procédé portable et économique de détection de séquences d'acides nucléiques cibles qui fournit des résultats de test fiables et lisibles et qui ne nécessite pas de précautions de biosécurité élaborées ou d'équipement de laboratoire sophistiqué.
