Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to an early warning system (10) to ensure the early detection of the failures in the vehicle tires. According to this, the system is characterized in that the system comprises a tire tracking device (100) that comprises a sensor unit that has a temperature sensor (131) provided on the tire and measuring the temperature of the tire it is connected to, a vibration sensor (132), a pressure sensor (133) provided on the tire and measuring the pressure of the tire, and a distance sensor (134) measuring the distance of at least one surface of the tire in relation to a predetermined reference point; a processor unit (110) connected to a vehicle sensor and a sensor unit in such a way that to receive the measurements from the said vehicle sensor measuring at least one physical factors the vehicle (400) is exposed to and from the said sensor unit; and a memory unit (120) connected to the said processor unit (110), storing a mathematical model constructed by one of the machine learning and/or artificial learning methods using the measurement data taken from multiple number of tires and physical factor values related to these, and providing an output related to the condition of the tire when the measurements received from the sensor unit and the measurements received from the vehicle unit is applied as input; wherein the processor unit (100) is configured to produce a signal relating to the condition of the tire by applying the measurements it receives from the sensor unit and the vehicle unit to the said mathematical method.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un système d'alerte précoce (10) pour assurer la détection précoce de défaillances dans des pneus de véhicule. Selon ce mode de réalisation, le système est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dispositif de surveillance de pneumatique (100) qui comprend : une unité de détection qui comporte un capteur de température (131) disposé sur le pneu et mesurant la température du pneu auquel il est relié, un capteur de vibration (132), un capteur de pression (133) disposé sur le pneu et mesurant la pression du pneu, et un capteur de distance (134) mesurant la distance d'au moins une surface du pneu par rapport à un point de référence prédéterminé ; une unité de traitement (110) connectée à un capteur de véhicule et à une unité de détection de manière à recevoir les mesures dudit capteur de véhicule mesurant au moins un facteur physique auquel est exposé le véhicule (400) et de ladite unité de capteur ; et une unité mémoire (120) connectée à ladite unité de traitement (110), pour stocker un modèle mathématique construit par un procédé parmi des procédés d'apprentissage machine et/ou d'apprentissage artificiel à partir de données de mesure provenant de grands nombres de pneus et des valeurs de facteur physique associées à ceux-ci, et fournir des données de sortie relatives à l'état du pneu lorsque les mesures reçues de l'unité de capteur et les mesures reçues de l'unité de véhicule sont appliquées en tant que données d'entrée ; l'unité de traitement (100) est configurée pour produire un signal relatif à l'état du pneu en appliquant les mesures qu'il reçoit de l'unité de capteur et de l'unité de véhicule audit modèle mathématique.
