Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to an embedded organ-on-chip. According to the present invention, the embedded organ-on-chip comprises: a first layer having a first microfluidic channel for culturing first organ cells; a second layer having a second microfluidic channel; a third layer having a third microfluidic channel for culturing second organ cells; a first membrane spatially separating the first microfluidic channel and the second microfluidic channel; and a second membrane spatially separating the second microfluidic channel and the third microfluidic channel, and thus, disclosed is a technology for simultaneously measuring the test drug absorption rates of the first organ cells and the second organ cells.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un organe sur puce intégré. Selon la présente invention, l'organe sur puce intégré comprend les éléments suivants : une première couche ayant un premier canal microfluidique pour cultiver des premières cellules d'organe ; une deuxième couche ayant un deuxième canal microfluidique ; une troisième couche ayant un troisième canal microfluidique pour cultiver des deuxièmes cellules d'organe ; une première membrane séparant spatialement le premier canal microfluidique et le deuxième canal microfluidique ; et une deuxième membrane séparant spatialement le deuxième canal microfluidique et le troisième canal microfluidique, et ainsi, la présente invention concerne une technologie pour mesurer simultanément les taux d'absorption du médicament testé des premières cellules d'organe et des deuxièmes cellules d'organe.
(KO) 본 발명은 내장 장기칩에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 제1장기세포의 배양을 위한 제1미세유동채널이 형성된 제1레이어; 제2미세유동채널이 형성된 제2레이어; 제2장기세포의 배양을 위한 제3미세유동채널이 형성된 제3레이어; 제1미세유동채널과 제2미세유동채널을 공간적으로 구분시켜주는 제1멤브레인; 및 제2미세유동채널과 상기 제3미세유동채널을 공간적으로 구분시켜주는 제2멤브레인;을 포함하므로, 테스트약물에 대한 제1장기세포와 제2장기세포의 흡수율을 동시에 측정할 수 있는 기술이 개시된다.
