Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a structural ultra-thick steel with excellent surface NRL-DWT properties, and a manufacturing method therefor, and, specifically, to a structural ultra-thick steel and a manufacturing method therefor, the steel comprising, by wt%, 0.05-0.09% of C, 0.1-0.4% of Si, 0.01-0.05% of Al, 1.8-2.0% of Mn, 0.3-0.7% of Ni, 0.015-0.040% of Nb, 0.005-0.02% of Ti, 0.05% or less of Cu (excluding 0%), and the balance of Fe and other inevitable impurities, wherein the number of microcracks having a length of 50 μm or greater per area of 1 mm² is 0.1 or less in the region from the surface thereof to 5 mm just below the surface.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un acier structural ultra-épais présentant d'excellentes propriétés de surface NRL-DWT et son procédé de fabrication, et concerne plus particulièrement un acier structural ultra-épais et son procédé de fabrication, l'acier comprenant, en poids, 0,05 à 0,09 % de C, 0,1 à 0,4 % de Si, 0,01 à 0,05 % d'Al, 1,8 À 2,0 % de Mn, 0,3 à 0,7 % de Ni, 0,015 à 0,040 % de Nb, 0,005 à 0,02 % de Ti, 0,05 % ou moins de Cu (à l'exclusion de 0 %) et le complément en Fe et autres impuretés inévitables, le nombre de microfissures ayant une longueur supérieure ou égale à 50 µm par surface de 1 mm² étant inférieur ou égal à 0,1 dans la région de sa surface à 5 mm juste au-dessous de la surface.
(KO) 본 발명은 표면부 NRL-DWT 물성이 우수한 극후물 구조용 강재 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것에 관한 것으로, 자세하게는 중량 %로, C: 0.05~0.09%, Si: 0.1~0.4%, Al: 0.01~0.05%, Mn: 1.8~2.0%, Ni: 0.3~0.7%, Nb: 0.015~0.040%, Ti: 0.005~0.02%, Cu: 0.05% 이하(0%는 제외) 나머지 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물을 포함하고, 표면부~표면부 직하 5㎜까지의 영역에서 1㎟의 면적 당 길이가 50㎛ 이상인 미세 크랙이 0.1개 이하인 극후물 구조용 강재 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
