Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a mutant of human α-N-acetylglucosaminidase (hNAGLU), more specifically a hNAGLU mutant produced by adding a mutation to the amino acid sequence for hNAGLU so that the amount of expression of hNAGLU in a host cell in which a gene encoding hNAGLU is introduced can be increased compared with the case where a gene encoding wild-type hNAGLU is introduced. For example, the hNAGLU mutant has an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 3, SEQ ID NO: 5, SEQ ID NO: 9, SEQ ID NO: 11, SEQ ID NO: 15 or SEQ ID NO: 19, or has an amino acid sequence having a structure that a mutation is added to any one of these amino acid sequences.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un mutant de l'α-N-acétylglucosaminidase humaine (hNAGLU), plus spécifiquement un mutant de hNAGLU produit par l'ajout d'une mutation à la séquence d'acides aminés pour la hNAGLU de telle sorte que la quantité d'expression de hNAGLU dans une cellule hôte, dans laquelle un gène codant pour hNAGLU est introduit, peut être augmentée, par comparaison avec le cas où un gène codant pour la hNAGLU de type sauvage est introduit. (JA) 本発明は,ヒトα-N-アセチルグルコサミニダーゼ(hNAGLU)の変異体に関し,詳しくは,hNAGLUのアミノ酸配列に変異を加えることにより,hNAGLUをコードする遺伝子を導入した宿主細胞におけるhNAGLUの発現量を,野生型hNAGLUをコードする遺伝子を導入した場合と比較して高めることのできるhNAGLU変異体に関する。かかるhNAGLU変異体は,例えば配列番号3,配列番号5,配列番号9,配列番号11,配列番号15,又は配列番号19で示されるアミノ酸配列を有するもの,若しくはこれらのアミノ酸配列に変異を加えたアミノ酸配列を有するものである。
