Abstract
(EN) Provided is an insulating rolling bearing that can prevent electrolytic corrosion, and that prevents hugging onto a shaft or the like and the falling out from an inner race or the like. The insulating rolling bearing comprises: an inner race 2 and an outer race which comprise steel; a plurality of rolling elements which are interposed between the inner and outer races; and an insulating bushing 10 which is roughly cylindrical and which is engaged with the inner peripheral surface 2a of the inner race 2. The insulating bushing 10 includes: on the outer diameter side, an insulating part 8 comprising a resin composition; and on the inner diameter side, a metal part 9. The insulating part 8 and the metal part 9 are configured to be separate elements. The metal part 9 is a split bushing in which a joint 9a is formed in one section in the circumferential direction. The insulating part 8 is cylindrical member that covers the joint 9a of the split bushing from the outer diameter side thereof.
(FR) L'invention concerne un roulement isolant qui peut éviter la corrosion électrolytique, et qui empêche le frottement sur un arbre ou similaire et la chute d'une bague intérieure ou similaire. Le roulement isolant comprend : une bague intérieure 2 et une bague extérieure qui sont constituées d'acier ; une pluralité d'éléments roulants qui sont interposés entre les bagues intérieure et extérieure ; et une bague isolante 10 qui est grossièrement cylindrique et qui est en prise avec la surface périphérique intérieure 2a de la bague intérieure 2. La bague isolante 10 comprend : sur le côté diamètre extérieur, une partie isolante 8 comprenant une composition de résine ; et, sur le côté diamètre intérieur, une partie métallique 9. La partie isolante 8 et la partie métallique 9 sont conçues pour être des éléments distincts. La partie métallique 9 constitue une bague fendue dans laquelle un joint 9a est formé dans une section dans la direction circonférentielle. La partie isolante 8 constitue un élément cylindrique qui recouvre le joint 9a de la bague fendue à partir de son côté diamètre extérieur.
(JA) 電食を防止するとともに、軸などへの抱き着きや、内輪などからの脱落を防止できる絶縁転がり軸受を提供する。絶縁転がり軸受は、鋼材からなる内輪2および外輪と、この内・外輪間に介在する複数の転動体と、内輪2の内周面2aに嵌合された略円筒状の絶縁ブッシュ10とを備え、絶縁ブッシュ10は、外径側に樹脂組成物からなる絶縁部8と、内径側に金属部9とを有し、絶縁部8と金属部9が別体で構成されており、金属部9は、周方向の一部に合い口9aが形成された割ブッシュであり、絶縁部8は、割ブッシュの合い口9aを外径側から覆う円筒部材である。
