Abstract
(EN) A numerical control device for a machine tool, the numerical control device comprising a storage unit that stores a machining program for cutting a hole (4a) in a workpiece (4) through relative movement of a tool and the workpiece in the depth direction, and a control unit that controls the relative movement of the tool and the workpiece (4) on the basis of the machining program to move the tool with respect to the workpiece (4) in the depth direction from a return point (R) to a hole bottom point (Z). The return point (R) is a position retracted in the depth direction from a workpiece surface (4b) at which the hole cutting is started with the tool. The machining program includes a command on a workpiece height point (W) that is the position of the workpiece surface (4b) in the depth direction. The control unit moves the tool with respect to the workpiece (4) in the depth direction from the return point (R) to the workpiece height point (W) at a relative speed higher than a cutting feed speed.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de commande numérique pour une machine-outil, le dispositif de commande numérique comprenant une unité de stockage qui stocke un programme d'usinage pour découper un trou (4a) dans une pièce à travailler (4) par déplacement relatif d'un outil et de la pièce à travailler dans la direction de la profondeur et une unité de commande qui commande le déplacement relatif de l'outil et de la pièce à travailler (4) sur la base du programme d'usinage pour déplacer l'outil par rapport à la pièce à travailler (4) dans la direction de la profondeur depuis un point de retour (R) jusqu'à un point de fond de trou (Z). Le point de retour (R) est une position rétractée dans la direction de la profondeur à partir d'une surface de pièce à travailler (4b) au niveau de laquelle la découpe de trou est démarrée avec l'outil. Le programme d'usinage comprend une instruction sur un point de hauteur de pièce à travailler (W) qui est la position de la surface de pièce à travailler (4b) dans la direction de la profondeur.
