Abstract
(EN) This method for sealing grease into a ball screw device includes: a step in which the outer circumference of a screw shaft protruding from one end of a nut is covered with a shielding member; a step in which grease is supplied between the inner circumferential surface of the nut on one side thereof and the screw shaft; a step in which the screw shaft and the nut are made to rotate relative to each other, the protruding screw shaft is inserted into the inner side of the nut while covered with the shielding member, the leading end of the shielding member in the insertion direction is brought near to an edge of an infinite loop path on on end side of the nut, and the grease supplied to the inner side of the nut is transferred to the area of the infinite loop path; a step in which the screw shaft and the nut are made to rotate in opposite directions relative to each other and the shielding member is made to slip out of one end of the nut together with the screw shaft; and a step in which the shielding member is removed from the screw shaft.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de rendre étanche de la graisse dans un dispositif de vis à billes, ledit procédé comprenant : une étape au cours de laquelle la circonférence externe d'un arbre de vis dépassant depuis une extrémité d'un écrou est recouverte d'un élément de protection; une étape au cours de laquelle de la graisse est fournie entre la surface circonférentielle interne de l'écrou sur un côté de celui-ci et l'arbre de vis; une étape au cours de laquelle l'arbre de vis et l'écrou sont amenés à tourner l'un par rapport à l'autre, l'arbre de vis en saillie est inséré dans le côté interne de l'écrou tout en étant recouvert par l'élément de protection, l'extrémité avant de l'élément de protection dans la direction d'insertion est amenée à proximité d'un bord d'un trajet de boucle infinie sur le côté d'extrémité de l'écrou et la graisse fournie au côté interne de l'écrou est transférée à la zone du trajet de boucle infinie; une étape au cours de laquelle l'arbre de vis et l'écrou sont amenés à tourner dans des directions opposées l'un par rapport à l'autre et l'élément de protection est amené à glisser hors d'une extrémité de l'écrou conjointement avec l'arbre de vis; et une étape au cours de laquelle l'élément de protection est retiré de l'arbre de vis.
