Abstract
(EN) Provided is an information processing device which plans a flight path in consideration of influences of local wind and turbulence when an aircraft flies low. The information processing device comprises: an estimation unit which estimates a distribution of wind or turbulence at a prescribed elevation; and a planning unit which plans a path along which the aircraft flies at the prescribed elevation on the basis of the wind or turbulence distribution estimated by the estimation unit. The planning unit plans the path along which the aircraft flies on the basis of a wind change cost according to a change in wind received at a location on the path along which the aircraft flies. The wind change cost includes a component of a temporal change of the wind.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de traitement d'informations qui planifie un trajet de vol en tenant compte des influences du vent et des turbulences locaux lorsqu'un aéronef vole bas. Le dispositif de traitement d'informations comprend : une unité d'estimation qui estime une distribution de vent ou de turbulences à une élévation prescrite ; et une unité de planification qui planifie un trajet le long duquel l'aéronef vole à l'élévation prescrite sur la base de la distribution de vent ou de turbulences estimée par l'unité d'estimation. L'unité de planification planifie le trajet le long duquel l'aéronef vole sur la base d'un coût de changement de vent en fonction d'un changement du vent reçu à un emplacement sur le trajet le long duquel l'aéronef vole. Le coût de changement de vent comprend un composant d'un changement temporel du vent.
(JA) 航空機が低空飛行する際の局所的な風又は乱流の影響を考慮して飛行経路を計画する情報処理装置を提供する。 情報処理装置は、所定の高度における風又は乱流の分布を推定する推定部と、前記推定部が推定した風又は乱流の分布に基づいて、前記所定の高度で飛行体が飛行する経路を計画する計画部を具備する。前記計画部は、前記飛行体が飛行する経路上の位置において受ける風の変化に応じた風変化コストに基づいて、前記飛行体が飛行する経路を計画する。前記風変化コストは、前記風の時間的変化の成分と、前記風の時間的変化の成分を含む。
