Abstract
(EN) The present invention provides: a molded article which contains a polyarylene sulfide (PAS) resin and glass fibers and which can suppress a decrease in mechanical strength even in a hot water environment or under acidic conditions; a PAS resin composition able to provide this molded article; and methods for producing these. More specifically, the present invention provides: a PAS resin composition which contains, relative to 100 parts by mass of a PAS resin, 10-100 parts by mass of glass fibers which contain 6 mass% or more of MgO, 16 mass% or less of CaO and 1 mass% or less of R2O (here, the content of R2O means the total content of Li2O, Na2O and K2O), and 0.01-10 parts by mass of a silane coupling agent as essential components; a molded article; and methods for producing these.
(FR) L'invention fournit un article moulé contenant une résine de sulfure de polyarylène (PAS) et des fibres de verre, et permettant d'inhiber une baisse de résistance mécanique y compris sous atmosphère d'eau chaude et conditions acides, une composition de résine de sulfure de polyarylène permettant de fournir cet article moulé, et des procédés de fabrication de cet article moulé et de cette composition de résine de sulfure de polyarylène. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne une composition de résine de sulfure de polyarylène, un article moulé et des procédés de fabrication associés. Laquelle composition de résine de sulfure de polyarylène est constituée par mélange en tant que composants essentiels, pour 100 parties en masse de la résine de sulfure de polyarylène : de 10 à 100 parties en masse de fibres de verre incluant une quantité de MgO selon une proportion de 6% en masse ou plus des fibres de verre, une quantité de CaO selon une proportion de 16% en masse ou moins, et une quantité de RO selon une proportion de 1% en masse ou moins (la quantité de RO représente la quantité totale de LiO, NaO et KO) ; et de 0,01 à 10 parties en masse d'un agent de couplage au silane.
(JA) ポリアリーレンスルフィド(PAS)樹脂およびガラス繊維を含み、熱水雰囲気かつ酸性下でも機械的強度の低下を抑制することができる成形品、当該成形品を提供可能なPAS樹脂組成物およびそれらの製造方法を提供すること。さらに詳しくは、PAS樹脂100質量部に対し、ガラス繊維中にMgO含有量6質量%以上、CaO含有量16質量%以下、かつ、RO含有量(ただし、RO含有量はLiO、NaOおよびKOの合計した含有量を表す)1質量%以下の割合で含むガラス繊維10~100質量部、および、シランカップリング剤0.01~10質量部を必須成分として配合してなるPAS樹脂組成物、成形品、および、それらの製造方法。
