Abstract
(EN) This peak shape estimation device comprises: an acquisition unit that acquires measurement waveform data indicating change in a domain direction of measurement data from measurement data acquired over time in an analysis device; and an estimation unit that acquires estimated waveform data in which noise data is at least partially removed from the measurement waveform data. The estimation unit acquires the estimated waveform data with the noise data included in the measurement waveform data serving as data having a correlation with the domain direction. As a result, it is possible to correctly estimate a peak shape from measurement waveform data having noise added thereto.
(FR) Ce dispositif d'estimation de forme de pic comprend : une unité d'acquisition qui acquiert des données de forme d'onde de mesure indiquant un changement d'une direction de domaine de données de mesure par rapport à des données de mesure acquises dans le temps dans un dispositif d'analyse ; et une unité d'estimation qui acquiert des données de forme d'onde estimées dans lesquelles des données de bruit sont au moins partiellement éliminées des données de forme d'onde de mesure. L'unité d'estimation acquiert les données de forme d'onde estimées à l'aide des données de bruit incluses dans les données de forme d'onde de mesure servant de données présentant une corrélation avec la direction du domaine. Ainsi, il est possible d'estimer correctement une forme de pic à partir de données de forme d'onde de mesure auxquelles a été ajouté un bruit.
(JA) 分析装置において経時的に取得された測定データから、測定データの定義域方向の変化を示す測定波形データを取得する取得部と、測定波形データから雑音データが少なくとも部分的に除かれた推定波形データを取得する推定部とを備える。推定部は、測定波形データに含まれる雑音データが定義域方向に関して相関関係を有するデータとして推定波形データを取得する。これにより、雑音が付加された測定波形データからピーク形状を正しく推定することができる。
