Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Bipolarplattenstrangs (214) mit den Schritten: - Bereitstellen der Unipolarplattenstränge (200, 202), - Führen der Unipolarplattenstränge (200, 202) in Richtung eines Walzspalts 5 (104) eines mit Walzstrukturen (112) versehenen Walzenpaares (106) einer Walzeinrichtung (102), - Entsenden eines Laserstrahls (110) einer Lasereinrichtung (108) auf ein ro-tierendes, verspiegeltes Polygonrad (146), wodurch der Laserstrahl (110) auf eine Vielzahl von Einzelpositionen einer Oberfläche (210, 212) von einer 0 oder von beiden der Unipolar-plattenstränge (200, 202) gerichtet wird und die Einzelpositionen damit unmittelbar vor oder bei einem Eintritt der Uni-polarplatten-stränge (200, 202) in den Walzspalt (104) auf eine Fügetem-peratur erwärmt, und - Fügen der Unipolarplattenstränge (200, 202) an wenigstens einer der Ein-5 zelpositionen der Oberfläche (210, 212) zu einem Bipolarplattenstrang (214) beim Transport der Unipolarplattenstränge (200, 202) durch den Walzspalt (104) unter Druckeinwirkung. Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Bipolarplatte sowie eine Vorrichtung (100) zur Durchführung der Verfahren.

The invention also relates to a method for producing a bipolar plate and an apparatus (100) for carrying out the method.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'une section de plaque bipolaire (214) comprenant les étapes suivantes : - Fournir les sections de plaque unipolaires (200, 202), - guider les sections de plaque unipolaires (200, 202) dans la direction d'un espacement de rouleau (104) d'une paire de rouleaux (106) d'un dispositif de laminage (102), ladite paire de rouleaux comportant des structures de rouleau (112), - émettre un faisceau laser (110) d'un dispositif laser (108) sur une roue polygonale rotative en miroir (146), en conséquence de quoi le faisceau laser (110) est dirigé vers une pluralité de positions individuelles sur une surface (210, 212) d'une ou des deux sections de plaque unipolaires (200, 202) et chauffe ainsi les positions individuelles à une température de jonction directement avant ou pendant l'entrée des sections de plaque unipolaires (200, 202) dans l'espacement de rouleau (104), et - assembler les sections de plaque unipolaires (200, 202) au niveau d'au moins une des positions individuelles sur la surface (210, 212) pour former une section de plaque bipolaire (214) pendant le transport des sections de plaque unipolaire (200, 202) à travers l'espacement de rouleau (104) sous l'effet de la pression. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production d'une plaque bipolaire et un appareil (100) pour la mise en œuvre du procédé.
